• CSV and ZIP exports for Ads Manager
• Targeting suggestions based on your product description

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including images and text prompts. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of generating your ad assets.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any content you upload and that such content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service to:

• Create content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate misleading or deceptive advertising
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Create content that is harmful, threatening, or hateful

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

Single project unlocks are one-time purchases and are non-refundable after the unlock has been applied.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated content will meet your specific requirements or achieve any particular advertising results.
